Giving my kids pj's to wear Christmas eve.
One of my favorite traditions is going to the holiday light display in my home town. A couple houses decorate with elaborate themed displays and music. Santa and/or Mrs. Clause is always at the end with candy canes for the kids!! So fun!

My favorite holiday tradition is having a really good dinner on Christmas Eve, and then letting the kids open one gift just like I was able to do as a kid.
My favorite holiday tradition is going to my grandmothers every Christmas eve. When I was growing up my parents would take me, and now I bring my kiddos. Family, food, and the first Christmas present- what could be better!
My daughter was going to be getting the Grobaby introductory package, but my 3 year old saw the box and when he realized his sister was getting DIAPERS for Christmas he got so upset! "Mommy, Sophie doesn't want diapers- she wants dollies!!!!" So I think the Hubby will be getting them. hehehe

My favorite holiday tradition as a child was to go through the stockings on Christmas morning that were placed on the bed during the night. It was wonderful to wake up with my sister and enjoy those moments together. It was also a really smart way for 'Santa' to get some extra sleep in the morning!

My husband and I get some hot drinks from a nearby convenience store, and we drive around looking at lights. With a 3 month old, this has been a great way to have a date night because the car ride soothes her to sleep!

My favorite tradition is that my Dad's entire side of the family all get together at one house Christmas Eve and we stuff ourselves and then exchange presents. This used to always be at my grandparent's house, but now we rotate between the three kids' houses. Most times, this is the only time we get to see about a third of the family.
I believe my little one will be getting some prefolds for Christmas. I know his great grandparents were looking at getting some for him.

My favorite holiday tradition is a little elf that comes while the kids are in the tub and puts new sheets on their beds, leaves a pair of PJs and a couple new Christmasy books to read for bedtime stories.
My youngest will be getting some cloth diapers for Christmas although they'll be a little late due to a way behind mommy! Oops. (Good thing she's only 3 months old and won't know!)
